I can tell you what those square things in the chat are. They are basically just advertisements by bots. They join random session and spam it for a few seconds and then join another session and repeat. You are unable to see it because it is mostly Chinese or some other language pack you don't have installed. The only thing you will see is a URL and if you go to that site, it will probably be a reseller site for mod menus or recovery.

I mod sometimes, but when I do It's normally when I wanna vibe, I enable godmode/god vehicle and just have fun, until somebody complains about me using it then I'd just disable everything and fight them fairly.

The best fix for the Low FPS and stuttering is clicking shut down instead of restart, Fixed my problem

I keep my mods to myself typically when it comes to playing, and I usually keep it to a friends only lobby. But if I join a public lobby and I see someone being toxic, yeah that person is gonna hate life.

I am a modder but I just do my own thing just hanging out with people and I don't kill people at all I don't like giving out money because I just feel like thats just useless anyway because they can just do a mission and gain more money than to give and also its more fun to do the missions.

I just downloaded Kiddions mod menu( the new update and i know its not the safest menu but its pretty safe because of its external attributes) its been fun and im never the one to kill others with the power of a mod menu( also because im trash at GTA combat)
