How to Create Custom Trusses with ArchiCAD Trussmaker Tool

Trussmaker is a built-in ArchiCAD tool that allows you to create girder and truss objects for visualization purposes. Graphisoft’s ArchiCAD has several GDL objects that can be used for trusses. However, if you are looking into creating custom trusses, the trusssmaker tool is very helpful with that. In this video tutorial, I will take you through the step-by-step process of creating custom trusses using the trussmaker tool.

I have been having issues with the created truss does not have the same pitch angle for the top chord. My 2D line work has the pitch angle as 8:12 (33.6901°). The resulting truss top chord has a pitch angle of 33.3591°.
