To be honest with you the best way to get over anything. Which I spent decades realizing. You learn from what you can or whatever happened use it to learn or be better. Look towards future instead of the past. I honestly never heard that phrase of PTSD with the C infront of it before. I just do my best to look toward the future. Learn from the past and use what you can and the bad stuff say f-ck that and get out of my head. No living rent free in the head anymore. I know some thoughts and other things aren't controllable. With my personal stuff. I just try to look forward and be a better person and try to be what most other people are not, Kind. And make your own path.
Thank you for sharing! I’m glad that helps you, it does me as well. However, it is much easier said than done and sometimes it takes time. The C stands for Complex, and it is very complex.
I do agree, better to look and move forward than to dwell in the past!
You have a very good discussion on Managing PTSD.
Thank you for watching
@@iamcameronjewell Welcome
Managing CPTSD is Important.
Emotional Regulation: Managing CPTSD helps individuals regulate their emotions better, reducing episodes of intense anger, sadness, or anxiety.
Enhanced Relationships: Learning coping strategies can improve interpersonal relationships by reducing conflict and fostering healthier communication.
Increased Stability: Addressing symptoms leads to a more stable daily life, with fewer disruptions caused by flashbacks or emotional triggers.
Yes! Thank you ✨💚
Thanks for shear your video dear . PTSD can affect a person's ability to work, perform day-to-day activities or relate to their family and friends. A person with PTSD can often seem uninterested or distant as they try not to think or feel in order to block out painful memories.
This is very true! Sometimes when my friends or someone is talking to me, I am somewhere else in my head and they can tell after a couple of minutes and they snap me out of it. I don’t do it as much as I used to but I definitely still do it.

meds never helped me until I managed to get prescribed vyvanse, which is for ADHD, but CPTSD, but boy, it sure helps with emotional regulation, and self reflection, and understanding everything about all the "whys" in why i feel the way i do and all the reasons behind the triggers. it's like that med unlocks and gives me access to knowledge of myself. the dry mouth is a bitch tho.
Thanks for sharing with me! I am glad that you have found something that helps you to lead a healthy, happy life. May I make a suggestion on how to help with the dry mouth?
@@iamcameronjewellI sucked on a bunch of tic tacs 😂
Oh no 😂😂😂
@@iamcameronjewell yes please.
@BigIndianBindi-jy1cz okay! Definitely juicy fruits, especially in the mornings - watermelons, cantaloupe, honey dew - all the berries! But marshmallow root cold brew tea works the best! It’s so hydrating and moistening. I offer this and can ship it anywhere in the US if you need some. If your mouth is dry that indicates you’re probably dehydrated throughout the rest of your body and that is not good!
With all due respect, perhaps you should not be driving when talking while filming. Your attention is scarily not on the road!
Yikes...
Perhaps.
I suggest watch the video again and paying attention to my eyes, while keeping in mind that the camera is in my windshield and as I look towards the camera I see the road in front of me while I cruise down the beach.
