I’ve lived here for 2 years. Great pros and cons. The getting to the freeway part is no joke, but honestly I drive Monday through Friday and can walk to everything I need on weekends or a super cheap Uber. If I worked from home I honestly would only drive about once or twice a week. I recommend the area!

there was a shooting in the area maybe a year ago, some rappers or drug deal one bad near that overpriced gas station next to beverly center.
We want more videos about the oaks and maybe contact someone who lives there so maybe they can explain the benefits and how it actually is to live there. Such as their expenses and how oneself can move in their step by step. That would be an exciting video. 👍👍👍👍
