I just went through all this at my bank. Heads exploded when the op agreement showed llcs as partners.
Part of the bank situation is that a lot of people want to push responsibility of making a decision up to a manager or whoever is in a higher position. Really, you can't blame them.
Some are just stupid or robotic and don't know when that should be done, so they do it every time.

I did the same thing and it worked great. When I wanted one of the LLC's to borrow money, the only concern the banker had was which LLC I run the majority of expenses through. Loan approved.

I tried to open an account with a regional bank for my LLC. Because my name wasn't listed on the articles of organization filed with the state, they wouldn't open it. Even though the EIN documentation clearly listed my name.
I'm literally putting in a new dresser while I watch this since I need more room for my clothes. The clothes analogy definitely works for me.

What do you think about a home office deduction for 50% of a 2-car garage where one 100% exclusive business use vehicle is garaged and the other vehicle is mostly/exclusively personal? Assume that the space for the business use vehicle is not used for anything else when the car is not there and all personal property in the garage is on the same half as the personal use vehicle.

This crypto question gets complicated when you have staking coins. If you follow the above advice the coins that you earn from staking, that you would transfer over to your llc for long/short gains will also be generating coins just like the scorp/llc. Unless you unstake the earned coins. Which would lose you the compound effect you would be generating earned income in both llc's
Yes it's more complicated. Staking and mining are completely different. Mark, the crypto "staker" must have a pile of crypto held in the operation side wallet in order to stake. So there will always be cap gains on that side. This is unlike BTC where you can have a wallet at zero and then earn BTC. I know you only mine BTC Mark but us ADA holders need some clarification I'm more confused now and the money just keeps pouring in.

I own a cabin with my sister and niece. Once we get it fixed up we will rent it out as a vrbo or one of those. Should we all have our own LLCs or could we all use the same one? Hiw much do you charge to make an LLC?
