- In today's video I made and attempt to embroider the Nike swoosh/check. It was a great challenge and I want you guys to tell me how it came out. This is just a demonstration of some of the things that we can all do using the brother se600 embroidering and sewing machine. I was very nervous embroidering on athletic wear but I figured out a technique that worked. Let me know what you think. More interesting and fun designs to come. Stay tuned.

I think it looks great! I've had my SE600 for a year, just took it out of the box. LOLOL If you can do an embroidery video of a "cap" that would be great. Also, I see you use a software program. Is that something one needs to purchase, or does it come with the machine? Total newbie here. Appreciate the ease of following your videos. Great job!!!

Hey fam, any idea where I can purchase missing parts to my machine. I dropped it by accident and the bobbin cover and the white pieces holding the bobbin cover flew somewhere, and I can’t find it. I don’t want to purchase a new machine.

I use brother pe design 10.
What software do you use for the embroidery? What size needle are you using?
I use brother pe design studio 10 and the needle it came with which is a 75/11 needle.

If u can lmk if heat transfer is worth buying the machine OR JUST STICK TO EMBROIDERY WHICH I LIKE BETTER THEN ANYTHING.. do u always make your patches or do u buy patches from Time to time .. I'm interested in getting in the biz I know Alot of people and have all kinds of ideas
Heat transfer vinyl and embroidery are different spaces in garment decorating. I would say it’s worth it for a business to offer both services. I could not choose just one. The barrier to entry is lower in HTV embroidery is a lot more difficult to learn and the machines are more expensive. While I enjoy embroidery more I still love and respect Heat Transfer vinyl because you can make a good living just selling HTV merchandise with the right clientele. Hope that helps
What program do you use? I am starting out and using inkscape: ike/stitch. Limited but getting some learning out of it. Thanks for the help.

You def got the stitching on point at the end, but Isnt the check on the wrong side? It just looks backwards, like it should be on the right side
You know actually i'm not sure. I do assume it is correct because in the video I did compare it to an authentic nike shirt that I purchased and it's on the same side as that one. Thanks for watching. I appreciate you.

Can you change the size setting on the embroidery machine or do you have to do it on the computer?
The size can be adjusted very slightly in the machine. You have to adjust it in the software.

you got the angle wrong . it should be a 23º angle. Yours look like 15-18
