Very useful video / tutorial! But i always had a question at those years that i was playing cs. How the old players "discover" those commands? DId Valve release them in any foum or they just did find them through luck?
They are all placed in the game's files, the specific file that contains all of these commands is config.cfg, from here you can tweak most of the stuff shown in this video.

Dear omma ghadi, I don't know any console cheats. But, you can use bind command to switch hands with single key press during the match:
Enter these 2 commands in console:
bind "r" "cl_righthand 1"
bind "l" "cl_righthand 0"
Q. How it works ?
A. Press 'r' key to hold weapons in right hand during match OR Press 'l' key to hold weapons in left hand.
