Jim's season has been horrid compared to years past. He started by getting shut off from hitting dumpsters, and now as he tries new moves in Skills, he isn't getting the scores. Granted he'll probably still make the World Finals, it just sucks to see him struggle this badly.
Yeah, especially with racing. I feel like he can never win a single round of racing.
@Icyexoticc he actually did very well in racing in the past few years. Even last year it was normal for him to make the semi finals. Might be that he's still not used to the efi system. Part of it is also because he's trying new moves in the Skills challenge. While it'll be rewarded in the long run, right now it's doing more harm to his scores. Hence why most drivers have a set routine for Skills, thus sometimes making it a dull competition.

Koehler stays on the throttle too long when he tries to pop the truck up for the maximum moonwalk. Koehler does a purp of the throttle when all it really takes is a quick tap of the throttle before hitting the brakes.
@@mikeygeisbert2565I know he can do it, he’s gotten better at racing, in skills I don’t know but I know he will win a freestyle again, I saw him in Houston and he did a pretty good freestyle not win worthy but still pretty good, it will happen at some point because he can do it for sure it is just hard with the obvious two brothers being also a threat and everyone else in this stacked tour

For sure! He was definitely taking out some frustration of not being allowed to continue from the night before!
At Show 5, after Adam finally got Digger fired up, he was definitely "fired up" when he wasn't allowed to continue. His frustration reminded me of how furious Dennis was at the December 2004 Minneapolis show when he sideslapped the wall, but wasn't allowed to continue.
Update: so here’s some breaking news the monster X tour is back for the first time since 2019 and they got a show next weekend
Idk how Raptor got fifth, but at least Folley deserves his win.
i was there, ryan and adam were pissed! adam got his truck running but they didnt let him run, he was pissed he jumped out of his truck and you could see how mad he was,

This is a good time for me to see a review of this tour because the next stop is Detroit I'm looking forward to seeing Night 2 show
update: so on the Monster Jam truck and drivers page, it is revealed that Joe Yuri will be coming back to monster jam to drive earth shaker, but possibly as a fill-in for James Calhoun, I guess
James Calhoun got fired. Joe Urie is replacing him for the rest of the tour.
Let’s not forget when Adam parked Digger after his freestyle run during Anaheim show 5, you can tell how angry he was when they ruled his run to be over
Definitely! I was surprised they didn't let him continue and finish the time out after he got it restarted...not for scores or points, but just for the fans, in true Digger fashion!
I can’t believe that all the best freestyles were always the second trucks out, first Tom in Houston, then Tyler in Minneapolis then Camden Anaheim show 5 and now Joe foley in Anaheim show 6 that’s just crazy to think about

I think one of the main reasons Ryan didn't win is because (*PLEASE* don't criticize me for this, I'm only telling the truth) that backflip save was purposeful so he could win freestyle. So I'm guessing they gave him a lower score to show Ryan that unless the save is accidental, it's a bad idea, which I have to agree with. Besides, if it's on purpose is it really a save?
But honestly I’m fine with it because 1 Joe foley is a cool ass dude that had a damn good freestyle 2 when underdogs win over the guys who are always beasts in the field is cool to see and 3 this is a personal thing, I don’t want Ryan to win everything everytime and I don’t want him to win the series, not because he’s bad but because I want to see different people win this series (mostly Camden Murphy), Ryan already has like 3 or 4 series wins he doesn’t need more
