I have been watching a body building channel called Moc Video and he uploads all the the old bodybuilding DVD’s from back in the day, a lot are from the early 2000’s era and honestly, when you go back and watch them the Mr Olympias of today just don’t compare in the slightest. They’re all garbage. Nick Walker, Hadi, Ramy are noting compared to them. I don’t get how body building has gone so shit in recent years. Big Ramy? What was the hype around him? Go watch a Dennis James, Jay Culter, Ronnie Coleman, Lee Priest, Denis Wolf and not a single one compares. Am not hating in the newer guys, I really hope that Nick Walker gets a win because he’s a great guy for the sport but his shape just isn’t nice looking, I don’t even think Hadi is anything special either. I don’t get how this era is so shut looking. I think Kai green and Phill heath where the best 2 from the past 10 years, now they retired it’s just gone flat.
Nick is only 28. Not a nice shape but he is a fuckin monster. There is Samson and Andrew now, they are both close to 300lbs while being the most aesthetic guys. I mean probably Rafa is the most aesthethic and he is great too but not freaky enough to compare with old school. I hope Krizo can put it together, better back, posing, grainy conditioning etc, he is also fuckin huge with round muscle bellies. There is a lot of talent definietly, oh and almost forget Derek. The other thing is the stupid lighting today, the different cameras , the judges doesnt require extreme conditioning to win etc. but that doesnt mean there is no talent. Of course you are trying to compare the best genetics of all time to the best genetics of this time, there will be a difference anyways.
