The First Descendant: Devourer Hard Mode Free to Play Valby

Showcasing my Valby POV of my Devourer Boss Fight on Hard Mode. Just like on Normal mode, Devourer needs to be DPS heavily when he summons the 4 green orbs. They heal him and regenerate his shield. Out of the Descendants I have (Viessa, Freyna, Bunny, Valby) I felt that Valby was the best choice for me. Valby works well being non attribute, helps Electric Descendants do more electric damage and shes fun. This build is very budget but needs Supply Moisture (I got it luckily while farming something else). This is 100% Free to play build, not optimized without any catalyst or energy activators. , can you post your entire build of Valby and weapons/components/and reactor? I'm looking for a good build for my valby and I can't find it anywhere, especially builds for bosses and critical damage
