Halwa from night before, kebabs microwaved, chanay no comment

Just wondering, how do they make that halwa? Because I'm used to the turkish 'halva' which looks different but is using similar ingredients

The one in the video is known as ‘sooji ka halwa’. Sooji is semolina. And it has lots of sugar in it too.
So it’s actually a dessert item
Pakistanis also have other variations of halwa. like Gajar ka halwa, which is halwa dessert made from carrots instead
