    Well explained the topic bt as a professional the most important indicators in HR systems is implementing individual plan for improvement of post training activities nd requirements r candidate is required to make an action plan post training to ensure that the new skills can be strengthened nd used in work, Immediate superior participates in the process nd HR department/training department ensures that that this is being done.There should b a mechanism for evaluating changes in the employees performance or effectiveness post training that can be attributable to the training program using supervisory feedback, self evaluation nd peer evaluation or use of some questionnaire/systematic digonistic tools .Agood nd matured Trainers or executives r the backbone of any Sector or organization for Effective results in terms of OD nd OB nd as a overall Perspective whether with in organisation or external perspective to achieve goals in brief in my opinion.Vry useful nd informative vdo lecture.Thanx for inspiring lecture in brief 👍👍
