    You could still go into the spent DI tank and then out of it into the good tank. It saves the good tank from having to drop it so far. You just have to watch the out put of the second tank. With the meter. They make a indicator light the will tell you when the tank is spent to make it a little easier.

    Could you show a full breakdown of your equipment and how it all works together. Does the pump draw water from the spout through the tanks and into the big water tank? I was hoping you showed that a little bit more in depth. Thanks a lot guys I have a pressure washing business in Norther Ca and I want to expand into solar panels

    • @95TurboCivic
      @95TurboCivic Před 3 lety +1

      @@ClipperRoad what you’re doing is you take the low pressure customer water and connect it to your DI system,
      Then your DI system will dump into a holding tank AKA the white tank.
      From there now that you have 100 gallons of clean DI water you can draw from that white tank into your pressure washer and run the C-1000 brush which requires something like 1200-1700PSI.
      I run mine at 1300psi ..

    • @Chikalirudolph
      @Chikalirudolph Před 2 lety +1

      I believe it is assumed you will be using the client's water. I couldn't imagine having 3 jobs in one day miles apart and having to refill your water tank for every job. I believe this is also true for power washing, soft washing, on-site car detailing, etc.

  • @clearnewview

    Why do you not run a few RO membranes in parallel before your D.I. tanks...?

    • @socalsolarpanelcleaningcompany
      @socalsolarpanelcleaningcompany  Před 2 lety +1

      We don't need it that to us is a extra cost replacing filters when the two tanks give us about 1400 gallons and cheaper ro replace

    • @clearnewview
      @clearnewview Před 2 lety

      @@socalsolarpanelcleaningcompany in pure water window cleaning, RO membranes pay for themselves if incoming tap water TDS is above 100 ppm. I am not sure how many ROs in parallel would be needed to produce the volume needed to fill your van tank as fast as just using DI. Tucker/RHG has 60 psi membranes. They are not cheap but with proper automated daily back flushing, they can last over 4 years. My current RO membrane is still working good and was purchased in later part of 2017. I push tap water into a single 40" RO with my a 1 horse power Wayne pump.
