And besides I don’t think a new heavy metal singer could have a unique voice and his own singing style nowadays. You’re always likely to sound better or, more likely, worse, than a previous singer
Then try Attick Demons. Their singer, Artur Almeida, has the exact same voice as Bruce. They even did a track called Atlantis with Paul DiAnno as guest. Cant get more Maiden than that !

A comparação com o Bruce sempre haverá e o Raphael sabe disso, e nem pode reclamar (e acho que não reclama) pois foi exatamente essa comparação que o colocou em evidência, mas o que importa é que é uma SONZEIRA de primeira, ótima banda, faz um som do jeito que a gente gosta, sim, lembra a carreira solo do Bruce e que bom, já que o último álbum solo do Bruce é de 2005, se não me engano, e uma hora Bruce encerrará a carreira e espero que o Raphael e o Icon of Sin tenham uma longa carreira de sucesso, estão numa ótima gravadora, Frontiers, e tem tudo para nos dar grandes músicas, grandes álbuns.
É inevitável a comparação, mas honrosa. BD deixou um legado que muitos seguem e vão seguir. Mas a I.O.S. é uma perola do metal mundial atual. Muito bom.

Wow is all i can say! Left me speechless! The band is awesome and Raphaels voice is nothing short of amazing! It is borderline unbelievable! I am so very impressed with Raphael's vocal talent. I became an instant fan of Icon of Sin. They are clearly professional musicians. All of them!

Encantado con esos solos de guitarra; Raphael Mendes le inyecta esa potencia en las vocales así como nos tiene acostumbrados. En general, me parece una muestra más que se está trabajando no solamente en escucharse como Maiden o Dickinson en solitario; sino que se está trazando un estilo propio; indudablemente con la semejanza de un Bruce Dickinson en sus mejores épocas; pero evidentemente con el poder vocal de Raphael Mendes. This is really annoying. Someone put the clouds over gotham Song up as the new maiden Single. It is awesome. Since the actual New maiden Song is a bit mediocre I would have almost preordered the album due to that until I realized that it isn't in fact maiden. As much as I digged it, I am really dissapointed now.
