I'll have to go to the barber too. I went there just before the first COVID wave. In the COVID time or I had a buzzcut or bald, and shaved my beard of. My hair grows slow and my beard goes even slower.

As a professional barber for over 21 years, I must say that customer service is very important. The best part of this haircut was the consultation while cutting the clients hair. Great job with the neck taper as well.
Exactly. Agreed. I hate watching barber videos where the barber doesn't talk. LITERALLY just watched one with, "Hey how are you" "I'm good great to meet you" "What would you like to get today??" Followed by 27 minutes of silence, Then "It was a pleasure servicing you today" 🤦

Bob the Builder STAYS surgical with the clips + ✂️. The man is like UPS...always delivering! And still one of the best at cut commentary with the clients on CZcams. After 1 hour the liquid is already dry on my face, after that my skin starts to dry out enormously, is it good to make my skin soft after 1 hour by smearing jamaican black caster oil on it? With the foam, my skin is already dry after 10 minutes, can I also start after 10 minutes with smearing the oil over it?

I do love all your videos but I do miss your UK barber's, I know this is a long shot but I'd love to see a beardbrand UK channel that showcase just UK barber's and stylists I remember a few years ago there used to be quite a few UK barbershop on here but now it just feels like Dave's in Birmingham is the only one. Just an idea but still keep the great work up.

I've been meaning to visit friends in Texas, and wanted to check out Austin anyway. Are you guys any good with thick, coarse, Native American/American Indian hair? It's just straight, coarse, and heavy. I live in Alaska and there isn't anyone who actually puts any effort into Men's Hairstyling, just a shave and a basic cut, and I've always wanted to see if anything could be done with my hair.
My friend's wife does a decent job and she tries, but I am curious.
