"Somewhere In Time", with vocals sung here by Victoria Gydov, and lyrics written by Victoria Gydov,
Inspired by the beautiful music of John Barry, and unforgettable love story from her favorite film, "Somewhere In Time"...set to a stunning arrangement and performance by the multi-talented pianist and artist, John Tesh. Victoria's favorite actor, the wonderful Christopher Reeve, stars with the lovely Jane Seymour and commanding Christopher Plummer in this most gripping, heart-wrenching and memorable love story that surpasses the bonds of time and space. If you have not seen this film yet, please do so...you will be inspired, and will never be the same.
Hello dear friends and "Somewhere in Time" film fans! Many lovely people have been writing to me to request that I please share the lyrics that I wrote for the the main title theme of this most beautiful film, "Somewhere in Time". Here they are below...I hope that you will be blessed and inspired.
    “Somewhere In Time”

    Lyrics: © 2018 Victoria Gydov
    Ah……ah……ooooh….
Come back to me, in early springtime
Let nothing stand within your way from finding me
There was a time, I knew what love was
I felt the Earth, the moon, the sun and the stars
    I can’t forget…..I still remember
Laughing as children often do, we both were young
But then I woke, as from a sweet dream
The music died, the moment you went away
If you were here, I’d never sleep
The days would last eternally, forever we’d be
Let nothing keep, your soul from finding….its way to me

(Elise McKenna's Monologue from the film, “Somewhere In Time”):
"The man of my dreams has almost faded now...
The one have created in my mind.
The sort of man, each woman dreams of in the deepest and most secret reaches of her heart.
I can almost see him now before me….
What would I say to him, if he were really here?
Forgive me….I’ve never known this feeling…
I’ve lived without it all my life.
Is it any wonder then, I failed to recognize you?
You’ve….brought it to me for the first time.
Is there any way I can tell you how my life has changed?
Any way at all, to let you know what…sweetness you’ve given me?
There is so much to say….I cannot find the words.
    Except for these….
    I love you."
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Somewhere in time, there is a place
Where I will meet you and our fate
    Our destiny waits….
Let nothing keep…..your soul from finding
    It’s way to me…..
    Somewhere in time
