Hello. We start with saying thank you for your words about the vlog. Yes some times when have experience some things that are totally up to standard. But over all we like the experience of MSC, but you should keep in mind that it's not an American cruise line and the service is more europeen. Ragarding food we think it's good quality and we have seen lots of changes during our years with MSC. Mostly positive, but as you always have to keep in mind that there fleet is very different(both older and newer vessels) and depends on the management on board but I know they are working on it a lot to make the experience the best. If you compare to Costa Crosiere, MSC have stepped up when Costa stepped down in the same level as MSC gotten the holed of what they needed to work with. We hope you will get a nice experience on board.
