Storyline:
Ruthless Assassin Kyle was raised by a corrupt priest who trained him to murder under the guise of executing God's justice. But when a hit-gone-wrong leaves a young boy orphaned, Kyle reluctantly takes the boy in. With the help of his beautiful neighbor, Kyle begins to re-evaluate his life's purpose and question the priest's twisted logic. However, the priest refuses to let go of his best soldier. Now, this ruthless assassin will have to fight to save the lives of his new found-family from his own mentor's vengeance.

absolutely intriguing, hard to judge each character's values and morals, but young Wind captures all the Oscars as little Matthew; how can a little boy be such an awesome actor??? Sorvino's support for this film by simply appearing as the Father is worth a million. McFadden as the assassin is brilliant!

I wasnt expecting this to unfold like it did. Didnt much care for the ending but not every story has a happy ending. Great cast ,little Matthew is a super actor. I hope to find other movies hes in.

Very well acted by the main characters, adult & child. The somewhat far fetched blind trust of a young man, in someone he has loved since his own childhood, leads to his awakening , in a roundabout way. Worth a watch.

It was definitely not boring. I was impressed with the scene of Kyle with the pizza box. Slowed visuals and good music selection there. The kid is a talent! Great job every one. I didn't miss the cops angle either.

Lol---that's what kids do--all kids play make believe----anybody can act, kids are just naturals. Have you never seen Patty Duke in Miracle worker, or Shirley Temple, or Peggy Ann Garner in A tree Grows in Brooklyn?----Kids and animals steal the spotlight. That's why many famous stars refused to do scenes with kids.

Ok at first I thought damn this movie looks cheap as hell and the acting seemed off I thought probably because of the directing but then the scene when he put the kid on the plastic and almost offed him then the kid woke up I’ll admit it was that scene that completely changed my entire perception of this flick right here. My heart was in my throat that whole scene! This movie is fuccing good! I am already planning on watching it a few more times after this! 10/10 would recommend! No joke give this movie a chance.
I'm only halfway through and the little dude has me lauging so much, then the next minute I'm in my feels. What a great performance. Assassin and kid had such great chemistry.
Anyway, this turned out to be a pretty 'wholesome' assassin movie! (that doesn't sound right does it? 😆)

Very good story, unfolds step by step, each time adding some tension, great acting by all. And yes, throughout the ages many thousands have made the arrogant claim to 'do god's work', resulting in genocide, crusades, inquisition and theft of property. If such a thing as 'god's work' exists, it is nothing more and nothing less than how each of us honors and enlivens our soul.

You know how they say " the internet prompts your feed through your thoughts'?. I am seriously doubting the works of God in my life right now and this movie cemented those thoughts. Stellar piece of work Mr McFadden. Different message for different people.
you cannot evaluate the work of God with a movie. It requires personal experience. The whole idea of this movie are all human way of thinking and acting out what they think is the will of God.
This here is not of GOD, twisted human messing with other unassuming humans, the reason the Bible encourages a man to seek knowledge n not be ignorant.
