I like to believe, after graduation, she and beck had a bad breakup. It was still fine until beck started to date tori. Jade then find out her "parents" weren't her real parents. Her real parents called her and she came and loved the livestyle. Far from her past and friends who betrayed her (what she feels). Changed her name and lived on as fallon without a mention of her past.

This is my theory on what happened:
Cat Valentine and Jade West went to Hollywood Arts together then went to different colleges. Cat became friends with Chanel and Chanel referred to her as 'Chanel 2'. The Red Devil killed Cat AKA Chanel 2 and when Jade heard she got extremely upset and angry and for some reason changed her name to Fallon and became a highly successful business woman.
