No, nobody can own it as a private person :D In Russia, almost all weapons and military vehicles belong to the state from the very beginning; their privatization is unacceptable. Private weapons (guns, pistols, etc.) are subject to strict registration; certain types of weapons can only be owned by military personnel. Those cars that you liked are not very old - the camouflage was simply designed for the local climate, and design is not the most important thing in war. These are armored personnel carriers, radar installations, missile launchers, anti-aircraft guns, and so on)
Hi, my African brother from a brother who lives at St.Petersburg. Thanks for the video, on czcams.com/video/JBQWptWA7CE/video.html you can see one vehicle of so-called "the weapons of the victory" - the first Soviet mobile rocket launcher "Katyusha" (the name was given based on the female name "Katya", so Nazi Germans called it "Stalin's organ"). It was Soviet analogue of the German "Nebelwerfer". Both of them were launching uncontrolable rockets but "Katyusha" was a way better in terms of the average strike damage. It was one of the best weapons of the Red Army at those years together with T-34, ISU-150 and PPSH machine gun. There is the official version of this parade available on youtube with background music so really advise to watch.
