4 of this 7 fights were main events and Strickland won 3 of them the last on short notice 1 month after a 5 round main event but he doesn't handle the pressure very well?
@extendedrealityextendedrea5382 he doesn't handle pressure well, it's why he fights like it's a sparring match. There's no motivation to make the fight or to try and perform, he fights like he's trying not to lose. He never fights to win.
Even in the Apex with no crowd he still feels the pressure. Against Pereira in front of a crowd he all but froze completely.

Sean Strickland you are a maniac but I love watching you one of my favourite fighters. What I can see is whatever trauma Sean has been through has truly turned him to love violence. I do believe he is a misunderstood character too I respect him having mental issues but still believing in his abilities in fighting is good motivation to me. He is very funny as well comes out with some unique comments. I do think most UFC fighters need help with their thoughts but most of their help is fighting. The only problem with Sean is he overextends his game to early in the fights going to forward when you need to step back and analyse the opponent. He goes in ready to risk everything has too much balls for his own good. Needs to step back and analyse the opponent before starting to fully extend because if you don't you might just get wacked study first then explode. Also Abus Magomedov is no joke be careful Sean.
