I’ve been collecting Gooseberry Patch cookbooks for 23 years! I LOVE them! I make a lot of candy for Christmas. This year I tried a bunch of new recipes out of my books. Some were winners…some weren’t.

Oh gosh I remember the view finder. We do a sub or sandwhich buffet for Christmas eve,and just veggies and little smokies we feast that night and have the same on Christmas. No big supper to cook. I bought the three oldest grandchildren a view master and a light bright this year. Growing up in the 50s and 60s I played with the view master constantly. When my cousins would come down to my grandparents they would always bring the toys they got when they were kids. One year they brought the light bright and I thought that was the coolest thing ever. I always wanted one; never got it but I can't wait to play with it with the grands. So sorry about your oven. Our kitchen fridge went out last year around Thanksgiving and I was terrified I couldn't get another. We have black appliances and they didn't have black but they had the black stainless steel one that still looks good in the kitchen. Whew, dodged having to order one. Another Christmas the washer went out, lol. They always wait.....great video as always. xoxTXDeb

Shut the Box is a fun game for all ages. Hint- next time try putting your snowball is a zip lock bag with the powdered sugar. Make coating them so much easier and clean up is a breeze. Merry Christmas!

Oh my goodness. When it rains it pours. My sister has had every appliance go out in her kitchen over the last three months. Plus her washer and dryer. My husband's car just threw a rod so it is done and we had to buy a new car. Ouch... anyway good luck to you I hope you find a new white oven. Prancer was in the mug!!!
Try instead of vanilla almond oil extract, leave out the chocolate chips, add crushed almonds to the cookie dough, and roll in powdered sugar, I am so glad you were watching out when the oven decided to act out. God bless 🙏❤🤟

My mother’s stove went out probably this exact day last year. We bought her a new one immediately but they couldn’t deliver it until after Christmas. She made her Christmas dinner in crockpots. Then a month later 2 of my burners went out. I’m making do. Good luck!!

I think prancer was hanging out in that cup on the table so he could duck and cover if that big white contraption started acting crazy again. Lol. Sissy had the same reaction I would have had , back pedal as fast as possible!

Falon I think most of women have had the stove go out just before a holiday. Mine was on a Thanksgiving in the middle of cooking a turkey. You have a few more day until Christmas praying that you get a stove.

Oh my goodness. When it rains it pours. My sister has had every appliance go out in her kitchen over the last three months. Plus her washer and dryer. My husband's car just threw a rod so it is done and we had to buy a new car. Ouch... anyway good luck to you I hope you find a new white oven. Prancer was in the mug!!!
Try instead of vanilla almond oil extract, leave out the chocolate chips, add crushed almonds to the cookie dough, and roll in powdered sugar, I am so glad you were watching out when the oven decided to act out. God bless 🙏❤🤟

My mother’s stove went out probably this exact day last year. We bought her a new one immediately but they couldn’t deliver it until after Christmas. She made her Christmas dinner in crockpots. Then a month later 2 of my burners went out. I’m making do. Good luck!!
Prancer sure loves hiding in that cup watching you do your dinner dishes. About 5 years ago our oven died I I use a toaster oven for about I even baked bread.
