Thank you for being such a positive occultist in the way. This shadow work seems to me to be a very long process. It looks like having a sickle in one hand and a vast wheat land to harvest. I just stand in awe and look at all the work.

This has got to be By Far the most detailed, thorough, concise, and even interesting video on shadow work - and I have viewed many.
I am glad especially for the acknowledgment that shadows can be beautiful; and that parts of a person that are hidden, suppressed or otherwise “underground” are not always malevolent.
I am honored and thrilled to have subscribed to this channel. Just this particular video by itself is worth my subscription. The main reason I say that is that it really (dare I say it) shed new light on this subject in a way where I understand it way better. This understanding made shadow work less dreadful; with the empowerment of the particular way you put things in this video, it made it more practical and therefore stripped away a lot of the excessive mystery and (yes I’ll say it) shadows associated with the subject. Seriously: if you have shadows and triggers with shadow work itself, isn’t that a little like an ATM fee or an unreasonable screening process? This video really inspired me to do shadow work, rather than making it seem even more austere than it really is.
