Best live act I ever saw. Rory was somethin' else ! I wouldn't compare him to Hendrix as they both played in their own style and were both sheer genius.
Rory's live performances were all the best.....I saw him thirteen times!!
This Irish Rocker is routinely considered one of the top, if not the top guitarist in Rock history. Personally, I and many others, believe Jimi Hendrix is the best ever. Speaking of Jimi, He met Rory in the 60s when Jimi was touring Europe with The Jimi Hendrix Experience. They didn't spend a lot of time together, but they both very much admired each other's abilities. Both were very humble men, and Jimi called Rory, the best guitarist that nobody knows, outside of the UK. High praise from Jimi.
Nos comentårios vejo que muitas pessoas tiveram o privilégio e honra de assistir os shows desse abençoado quanta sorte e privilégio, quem me dera ter tido tal oportunidade, Rori Gallaguer The Best
Long Live Rory!
Ha Ha nice đđŸ
Rory died in the 90s.
@@827dusty Great, you can count. So what's your point? It's called a subjective mood clause. You're mixing this up with the phrase The king is dead, long live the king! Which has a totally different meaning and application. Maybe you'll understand it more this way Long Live The Memory of Rory! You must read the Bible as completely literal.
A cool reaction video, it just doesn't get any better than Rory Gallagher and his band.
i love this, but you're right, he had many great live performances.
I first heard Rory when he was 18 and I was 15. He was playing with Taste. Rory is so influential in todayâs music that itâs hard to equate. Show me a modern guitarist that says he wasnât influenced by Rory, and Iâll show you a liar.
Bull Frog Blues live on the Old Grey Whistle Stop is the ultimate Rory showstopper
Gerry McAvoy on bass and Ted McKenna on drums. McKenna har known for Michael Schenker Group, Sensational Alex Harvey Band and others. McAvoy also played in Nine Below Zero.
Check out Shadow play from the same gig
The Irish Hendrix
He might be in a class by himself. I heard that when Hendrix was asked who was the best, he mentioned Rory.
I saw not too long ago, Davy Knowles with McAvoy paying homage to Rory. Check out Davy, you won't be sorry.
Subscribed. Nice performance and reaction. If you would like to explore more and expand your channel, may I suggest a reaction to BABYMETAL. They are unique. Their music has a positive and uplifting message. They have a fun and awesome performance:
BABYMETAL - PA PA YA!! (feat. F.HERO) (OFFICIAL)
Or:
MAYAăLive Blu-ray/DVDăBABYMETAL BEGINS - THE OTHER ONE -ă"BLACK NIGHT"ă
Or to showcase the lead singerâs amazing voice:
BABYMETAL - Monochrome - Piano ver. / THE FIRST TAKE đ â€
We will look into this thatâs for the recommendation
Unfortunely they choose one of Rory's weakest songs. Much too traditionally primitive rock n roll - boring. There are so many much better recordings in YT: Rock Palast 1974 and 1976 for example. Goodest songs "Tatoo'd Lady" and "Million Miles Away".
