At the start, switch to HTR and use the weapon skill. Then wait until the timer drops to the low/mid 993s, and transform. Make sure it's the Green buff.
The rest is pretty much autopilot. With higher than 120 fps, you can get more of Mei's damage in HTR ult at the end of both phases.
