I really, REALLY enjoyed this video. It was made with a nice narrative concept: in which the viewer follows the presenter and gets into his head about his anxieties and hopes in the buggy race. Two 👍🏿 👍🏿
Seeing all that expensive stuff sitting around unguarded while people participate or watch races, tells me all I need to know about the R/C community.
The offroad racing community are all together amazing people, I've seen cases of stolen cars... but that was ONCE long ago... but yes for the most part everyone's shit is respected!! Love it

Bullet plugs are definitely the way to go in race cars. It take a lot to get those mfs unplugged. Been on the fence about getting the new 8ight x elite 2.0 but after watching this i am definitely getting one. The ole 4.0 has seen better days. Love the race day content, makes me miss racing. I really want to try 8th scale racing but i dont have the time. Used to race 10th scale but the people down there take it way to serious. So i only run laps on practice days and right before racing starts. Want the new car so i can sneak to the track on practice days and race every once in a while.

No issues with the 4s battery and the body clearance? I set mine up for saddle packs as it looked like a 4s would hit the stock body.
100% had issues, I'm running the lead finger body from the 8xe the chassis shape isn't QUITE the same but it let's me run big 4cells. And plus I JUST painted this body before I sold my xe and bought this 2.0

@StudNoteZ I'm told it give better low down center of gravity so I would suggest just stick with the shorty packs, I already had big 4s so I nerd to buy shorties in the near future
@@ZacharyGalloway tbh the stock body wasn't happy with fitting my hobbywing g3 plus under it either... which annoyed me even more
@@chasentrophies Same issue with my Tekin I had to rotate the mount on motor to get the wires on the side to fit.
