Finally I hear a trainer who says low carb diet is the worst thing you can do to the body. I used to do that shit to get to ketosis. But I was always moody and low in energy. I started eating a ton of carbs and added 60 mins of cardio along with my lifting routine. I look and feel much better.

Just the ‘Classic 200’ and walking for my first transformation! Along with the nutrition protocols in the program, diet is key in achieving the lean strong Hollywood look!
