    Finally I hear a trainer who says low carb diet is the worst thing you can do to the body. I used to do that shit to get to ketosis. But I was always moody and low in energy. I started eating a ton of carbs and added 60 mins of cardio along with my lifting routine. I look and feel much better.

    Y’all make it look easy! trying to work on 100 before 200... don’t want to wreck my shoulder again. Today got to 16 x 6 and a set of 4. 82 diamonds. I’ll get there! But I’m also like twice his size. Lol

      Will Cozens hey will, when you originally ran the push up program.... did you just go from the classic to the goal workouts? And did you do anything other than push ups and walk?

      Just the ‘Classic 200’ and walking for my first transformation! Along with the nutrition protocols in the program, diet is key in achieving the lean strong Hollywood look!

    1:41 This form will risk a shoulder joint dislocation, point the elbows more to the front if you know the first thing about form.
