- This is my take on the Poco F3. Probably the BEST value smartphone with 5G you can get today!

Finally. Nights that are basically nights. Dark skies shots are hard especially with night mode. At least it looks like night time city shots.

@@sevenkagami5345 tbh the A52 pictures look way better especially in night mode so that's why the night mode reviews for the F3 are kinda negative. I still prefer the F3 tho because of that SD 870
@@99Venom keep in mind that the a52 has a weak cpu compared to sd 870 which is a big no no to most users who are looking for the smoothest experience in browsing and gaming.
That 360hz touch sample rate is not a gimmick guys it really makes a difference in your experience.

Great review Lim, i think that xiaomi and its subsidaries like poco, black shark and redmi phones are underrated, they offer great phones with decent price points. Not everyone will like xiaomi or the software overlay miui but i had a Mi 9 before and i loved that phone very much. My two favourite phone brands are Samsung and Xiaomi

How does the Zoom function perform in this device as compared to Huawei Nova 5T? The Nova Zoom is quite decent until 5-6x Zoom after which there are a lot of noise. Thanks.

@Dice Not any major issues. If I'm being nitpicky I think the software could use a little fixing, but I've only used Samsung for the past 10 years and have gotten used to their standard. But as far as how the phone works it runs like a train man. Super snappy, runs any app you want like it's nothing, good cameras, it feels nice in the hand, it feels premium, no issues with any screen dimming like they said it was in the beginning. The only thing that is an actual issue I've noticed is that I think the battery drains faster than it should. I don't know if that's a software or hardware issue but it's not crazy draining tho, just when I'm gaming. But for the price it's selling for I'm blown away how premium this phone it feels that's my verdict on this after using now for almost 2 weeks 👌 If you don't have the money to spend on the super expensive big brands but you want a killer phone, this is it bro ^^

Nice review! Bdw does the ufs 3.1 storage and LPDDR5 ram only applies on the highest variant? How about 6/128?
Both have the same.
But some important info : Google chrome 64 bits will require 8 GB ram, and will be 10 to 25% faster. So 8 GB might make more sense.

Great review. I'm glad Poco at last included bands for the US, unfortunately no headphone jack and no expandable storage is a deal breaker for me.
It comes with a USB ti jack adapter, plus I don't think u need expandable storage when u have 256gb
You can buy it in 256GB. We all did🙏💜
I understand it has a large storage, and I'm glad it works for you; but I always root and flash my phones and that erases everything in memory, and I have a lot of music and photos already.
unfortunately I don't think we're gonna be seeing many high spec phones with those features, if at all. it kinda sucks, but with Bluetooth audio becoming so good and phones coming triple digit gigabytes of storage out of the box I feel like it isn't the problem that it once was

I have to begin with the begining: this Poco F3 is just one of the most affordable flagship phone i ever have seen.
The F3 is actually a incredible deal much better than x3 pro when all things considered. It looks so great - like a true flagship-phone.
I just got the phone one week ago: i have to say: it is awesome. The graphics look great and is brilliant. This phone looks so much more premium than its competition. The processor ( the great 870) and the battery-capacity is awesome!.... For me - worth every dollar....

I was using my Poco F1 from resease and after that time the only thing that is not the same is the battery, but still goes on a full day if I am not playing on it. Everything else is still smooth 👌🏻The problem is the LCD screen that consumes a lot of battery. 👍🏻 for amoled on Poco F3 (P. S. Almost very night I played for 3-5 hours with my friends in the last 2 years)

Screen protector is already installed. If you want to replace it, remove it and install a new one.

What is better between the poco f3 and the vivo x60 pro (the one with exynos 1080)? I'm about to buy one of the two, if the price were similar i would go with the vivo, but there is a significant price gap between them. I like to use phones for long term, i'm still using the galaxy s7, and photography is one of the things i appreciate in a phone, but i see the poco f3 has better RAM type and connectivity, also is literally 30-40% cheapper, so i don't know what to do.

Good review. Would have liked to hear the speakers. Also information on how the screen worked in bright daylight and how good/bad the fingerprint scanner is.
Hey man! Screen is great outdoors! Fingerprint scanner is one of the fastest out there as it is a physical unit, not the UD type.

Yes.. You are right lim.. My mom is still using Poco F1.. And she's not playing mobile games, only for social media and the phone is still smooth due to its SD845

Bought 6/128 model bcs i cannot wait too longgggggg for 8/256,camera feels the same as my old mi 8 so i don't really feel any differences,the phone is a beast

This would definitely be a massive upgrade in terms of sheer performance. I'd say 8+256 is not overkill especially if you want to think about future-proofing.

how is the camera performance? does it have stabilization in 4k
Bought in May, the front camera was already malfunction in August, CIT test also failed. Getting it to an authorized service centre is a problem as the service centres aren't as widely available as other big brands here in Malaysia. Without SD card, backing it up is also not as easy. I guess the relatively lower price comes at a cost.

I bought Redmi Note 10 Pro 2 weeks ago but returned it due to some issue with the device. I am considering whether to buy another one or this instead. Lack of headphone jack and smaller battery on F3 kind of make me lean the Redmi Note 10 Pro direction. (I don't game that much and prefer wired headphones when outside, got decent wireless pair at home- I am scared of wireless one falling out of my ear on the ground and having to pay $50 for another pair) How is wifi reception on this one? On Note 10 Pro it wasn't great as my room is quite far away from the router. I had Mi 9T before and reception was perfect. (Sadly it got stolen, so I am looking for new phone)
