What makes this so special is its a whole family effort. A family that sings together stays together.
How can nearly 690 people dislike this? They have no ears and no family pride! This is beautiful. Thank you French family. Very well done. That young daughter needs an instrument. Perhaps the tambourine? She's too jumpy. They are all good. Love the bass fiddle.

Great rendition of a Country Classic. Always sung at my family reunions in Nashville. Someone always read the names of latest deceased during the breaks. My mother(Dad's 2nd wife after first passed), finally realized she was accepted by the family when she was asked to read the "Names". Song holds special place for me.
I love the way the little girl up front had fun when she wasn't "joining right in there." Mom needs her own microphone. Excellent rendition of a classic.
My family has all passed. When I hear this song I just break down with joy. Knowing it wont be long. For eternity this time.
So glad I found your channel. One of my favorite songs. My Dad played a accordion and played a organ by ear. My Dad's Mom and his 2 sisters all had Amazing voices. We would all travel to Arkansas and have singing parties all night long laughing before we could get started. My one Aunt was a hoot. She kept us in tears the whole time we were all together. I sure miss those days. My Aunt and cousins are the only family still alive. Both of my parents have passed away. But I will never forget our fun times together. My youngest daughter and 2 of her daughters have Amazing voices too. So whenever we get together for holidays the girls will start singing and dancing it brings me such joy to hear their Amazing talent. My Dad was so talented I would sit for hours listening to him play song after song. He passed away in 1987 he didn't even make it to age 55.

In transition from New York. We love Tennessee! We love the people ,the values , the laws, the churches. The music, all the state parks. We feel at home.

This song is done so well on every front but the vocals are really special. Love this families music.
THIS HAS TO BE THE BEST. This is my GO TO song. I am now on disability due to an old work injury and at times I get feeling lonely and lost. But I now have a song I can come to and help me brighten my day. Dad sounds just like ole Johnny. I know. You hear that a lot lol. The whole family does a super job.

How wonderful this is! I remember my mom watching the Cash & Carter Families sing this as a little girl on tv! My mother loved them & listening to this does my heart good!
