- I am very close to my mother, especially since I lost my father at a young age. Since then, she has been both my father and mother. She has always guided me with my values while allowing me to maintain my own identity. She doesn't even realize that she has created her own legacy due to her down-to-earth nature, even though she is a legend in her own right. This video is completely candid, capturing the moment when she visited my home in Mumbai right after Poila Boishak (Bengali New Year), and I prepared a homemade Bengali meal for her. This is a very private yet special part of my life that I’m sharing with you all. Hope you enjoy it!

It's good to see his wife and daughter recalling those golder days with him. I've been listening Anand Shankar's Music for the last 45 years and still enjoy it a lot. His music never get old.
