I was the touring guitar tech for 38 Special on the Marlboro Military Tour back in 1991. A 3 month Rock and country festival tour bringing good music to our troops and their families coast to coast. Brooks and Dunn had just released their first single, Brand New Man, which climbed to #1 on the country charts and I knew they were for real after watching them play their first show on the tour! They were total newbie’s to touring and the most down to earth guys you could ever meet! I helped them with their guitars during that tour and a couple years later ended up touring with them exclusively as their guitar tech on two of their tours. Great memories and a ton of fun being out with these guys and their band!

These guys are GOAT's to country. I see everyone's recommendations but didn't notice 'Boot scoot boogie' which is a fun 'line dancing' kind of song. You would like it.

I was really glad to hear how Brooks & Dunn kept their version very similar (pretty much identical) to the first. The 1st was so good it deserved that respect that this version is showing.

You have listen to the original 1973 version by BW Stevenson his credit.Brooks Dunn did good 73 is better I think .Give BW his credit
