The counter for him are masksmen that haves blinks or fast mobility like moskovs first skill he can escape ult and go to a turret if dyr trys to get 22 combo off of him Also would recommend to stay away from dyr try to flicker if he trys to 22

Since you died at lvl 2 it seems you need a lot of practice and knowledge abt the rotation
