It's a better option. What Nigerians need now is to hold LG elected persons accountable. If you do nonsense you collect nonsense from the people. However we knew that the judgement have already being bargained and the judges have signaled AGF to file it and that's why he had the morale otherwise the governors would have payed their heads off the hook atleast if each governor would just take 3 months of LG fund and together billions would sort the judgement. Governors would be really confused now. They have really milked LG's in Nigeria. This judgement would make the next election very tough because if governor doesn't respect a chairman he would pull resources and choose a contrary candidate ignoring the governor. We hope those on those seats wouldn't abuse them as before, building hotels and buying luxurious cars for their mistresses
