  • What we are trying to solve here is the splashing (when used INDOORS). These mist makers (fogg maker, humidifiers) splash out, A LOT. And this splashing is absolutely needed to create the mist and pushing it outwards.
    We tried several solutions before, like little umbrellas and others.

    You should really include the components that you used. it is useless making a video for DIY without telling us what to use.

      A plastic bottle, a plastic pitcher and a mist maker (humidifier, fogger... several names used)

    Thumbs down. If yr having to buy an all singing dancing flashing component then u cant really call this making much of anything at all. U may as well have just bought a nebuliser, added some hot glue and painted dots on it, added stickers and basked in ingenuity. I expect something old modified or repurposed, or a build from scratch.
    These diy nebuliser "hacks" seem pretty standard so its not just you.
    In order to avoid further disappointment, please lower your expectations. I have.
