I remember beating Tommy Jones in my first JSBA tournament to make it to the finals. And now I’m here commenting on a video of him in the PBA.
Wow, not a single 200+ game. That's some serious lane condition magic there.
Troy Meredith its the toughest pattern in the pba, what would you expect
Max Halpert I expected the masters to be tougher
@@ryancarroll1697 US Open is considered the toughest by every pro on the circuit. At least to my knowledge. They always put some mega fucked up patterns out there.
@@Tcrror No. Pba bear has been the hardest since it was released. Us open conditions since 2014 have been much easier for them.
Hay Knee the old us open pattern that was brutal is bear in this telecast. Even in the 2020 us open, block 3 was this pattern and was the hardest and lowest scoring. Now every us open pattern has at least some hold and isn’t 1:1 across
14:58 WOW!!!
20:49 3-4-6-7-10 split almost conversion
51:35 and 1:00:28 1-2-4-10 conversion
where's Pete Weber when you need him, EJ was covering belmo's ball with his towel, belmo didn't complain or anything, he just kept going, didn't even acknowledge it (yes I'm a belmo fan lol)
Shutendoji Gaming of course ur a Belmont fan why wouldn’t you dear god there is no variety anymore in this sport
Gage Knutson what, people aren't allowed to be a fan of someone if everyone else does?
/Kuro/ no it’s just typical for someone to nag Pete or rash or any other person who is a Belmonte fan
/Kuro/ also I’m saying quit dissing other people I hate it
/Kuro/ also people will choose the best player in any sport just because they’re the best or new or whatever I’m not saying it’s bad I’m just saying stop dissing other people nobody wants it
These matches are un"bear"able
I've got "two-hand" it to you, that was a good joke.
CardinalsFan27 so are ur jokes
Pac's Alt stop plz dear god😂😂😂😂😂
They're just flat out difficult patterns
Xd nice.
9:55 That guy in the black suit jacket with a yellow shirt presses on his phone button and then the sound goes off. I get that you want your favorite to win or you want the other guy to lose, but that's just WRONG!
Holy shit! He really did that!! Thats fucked up or a nasty coincidence
No one saw that? If he’s caught then he would get kicked out
EJ is one of the best now. I'd love to see him bowl Belmo today. Out of nowhere he has I think like 7 titles now
Larry Moore
@@chouaher7273 Larry Moore
Uhhhh
Lightning does strike twice
Anyone notice it was thte guy in the suit who intentionally made the phone noise at 09:57? Is it just me or was it him
That's not even a phone in his hands lol
is that why tommy jones missed the 10 pin?
+lokoi21 you have the 2014 PBA King of the Swing?
20:51 - Jason Belmonte almost converts 3 4 6 7 10 split! The 3 pin hit the 4 pin and won't drop.
No friction until 2/3 of the lane. Crazy.
Anybody notice how in the title match it skipped like 3 frames Otis it just me
14:47 I wonder what Tom showed her
I know this was long ago, but the person who dropped the cup and the person with the phone should have been kicked out.
As Randy always says, "pros work the inside of the ball", As an amateur bowler, how does this effect the motion of the ball, and how could i start working this into my release?
james meyer are you one handed or two handed? One handed would turn their wrist so that the back of their hand is pointing toward you, and two handers would do this too, just a little less as they already generate a lot of hook
*affect*

love
Yeah, never saw Belmonte so off balance than against Jones
Paramount 📀

i feel like this pattern would’ve been a lot easier if they just moved in and slowed their ball speed down
And I think that's what belmonte and TJ should of used
55:12 That comment didn't age well
26:17
이제 제이슨벨몬트 동작을 다알아먹을수있구나
If I were to start on the bear I would of gotten right and use urethane or get left and throw no rules but get right and throw urethane
phil makegs yeah cause when they throw it out there there's no turning back that ball will stay out there me I will throw a no rules solid with some grit on it too like the artholon pads with the 4000
W.K Fishing and you wouldn't have bowled well lol.
Tommy got a honey...damn
ANy body know how to get messengers? Im a 12 year old and I have about 450+ rpms using 2 hands and I have a speed up to 18mph! anybody know?
slow it down a bit .
Use a much heavier ball I'm 13 have a rev rate of 580 but 16-17 mph range but I use 15-16 pounds and I get much better pin carry than everyone else in my league in my house. I use Alpha Crux, Hyroad, Timeless, Pitch Black, Snap Lock. Wouldn't suggest alpha crux until you get used to 16 cause it is crazy strong. Would suggest Hy Road and Pitch Black at first.
73c get lucky
You don't throw it 18mph😂😂😂
Noah Hayes you never know, theres some pretty beefed up 12 year olds
Belmo is so far left, he's directly in front of the foul light.

TJ got what he deserved for picking an oil pattern he could hardly deal with.
Curtis Garcia he didn’t pick it
@@jamieelliott2093 he means ej
Jason Belmonte and Bill O'Neill have bowled some exciting matches
日本人いたら途中審議してるの何か教えてくれ
there were a lot of open frames in the Oklahoma Open
D
I would like to see these twohanders try bowling against Randy, Mitch, etc. one handed & see what they do. Did I say I don't like two handers as I don't feel it's fair. Maybe it's my age (81) but still love to bowl. Randy set up a match.
Ross Corne Belmo is still pretty good one handed. That's a pretty good idea though.
Ross Corne Two handed is not what it seems. It’s not easy at all. Belmo makes it look easy but it’s not.
Sam Li Jie I’ve bowled two handed and I’m not bragging but I kinda bowl 2 handed like belmo, anyway I’m getting off track it’s simple when you get it down the 2 handed thing I got accuracy down and speed and what not. But it isn’t as hard as you think, I’m not calling it cheating but it’s kinda easy. It took me around a week and a half to get it down
@@gk4thewin049 Have you got any 300 games with the 2handed style? Do you have enough skill to compete at a professional level?
@@jysl2506 bro I'm 14 fuck u mean
Chris loschetter's rev rate is unbelievably slow. I mean, in his match, against Belmonte, his ball looks like it barely even hooks the lane.
coasterfreak0471 it's the bear pattern
He's playing the extreme inside. Also, it's hard to see the revs with the ball being dark. Lots of oil in the middle, not a lot of room to hook
hi first
와정말로 한사람도못이기고 제이슨벨몬트한테 4사람다 긴장헤서 못쳐가지고 지고있나?ㅋㅋㅋ
레인패턴 왜 이래 ㄷㄷㄷ
Suarez: Appeared to bite Italy's D. Georgio Chiellini in the 80th minute but was not penalized.
Joshua Green what
If both lanes are using the same pattern, why is the right lane so tricky, so hard to adapt? The bowling alley should make sure both lanes have near the same condition/quality. It's not fair to the players. Picking this notorious pattern is a fatal mistake to a lot of other players. Imagine what happens to amateurs playing on them as well.
I just find it sad that bowling has pretty much gone to "stand left, throw right". Finesse isn't around anymore.
Then the oil patterns make it a flaw.
Aaron M I disagree. Finesse is very much still a thing.
Aaron M that’s what happens when the oil patterns get heavier and equipment get stronger. Plus look on the bright side higher strike percentage, wider range of equipment to use. And many different styles it’s not just one place where everybody stands anymore
the 4 games were low scoring
