Thanks sir, i was doing same mistake which you tell. When i watch videos and read newspapers there are so many difficult words those i don't know meaning of them and then pause the video and stop reading and i go for searching that word in the dictionary. It's frustrate me and lose my flow. But by your today point i understood what mistakes i was doing.

Dear Sir make a vedio on accent, I'm confused, should we create our own accent or to follow British accent ? Some people are saying if you want to improve your English speaking, you need to follow British accent because they have developed English language in that accent, we need to follow that accent, rather some English speakers are saying there is no need to focus on accent, you need to create your own accent, because at a time you have need to learn two things;
1) English language improvement
2) to focus on accent .

When you read regularly and work on your vocab (as per my suggestion) after 5 -6 months you will find that your are able to understand the video. But this is a slow process. It will take time.
