The warranty Isa sales hook. My lazy boy broke but I would have to use thier people to repair @ $ 135.00 per hour .I went online to find parts I was more than willing to pay as I was not going to pay the exclusive contract .but guess what the part I needed wasn't available. Store salesman said I would have to use contra tor . I got so mad I took the chair to the dump.i then purchased another brand on line and sits and sleeps so bad that I gave it to my grandson . I went back to the lazy boy and purchased another just the original. Love the chair but the warranty is nothing . By the way I am a combat veteran and ther jasper recliner is where I sleep best so I have another on the way . thanks for letting me vent .

If the frame has a lifetime warranty, is the labor required to fix it, also free? Or do you just send the wood frame and expect the customer to fix it themselves?

The frame of our furniture does come with a limited lifetime warranty, ensuring that we will provide the necessary parts to fix any issues with the frame. However, labor and transportation fees apply after the first year if you had your furniture delivered. If the furniture was not delivered by us, the customer is responsible for these fees.
We understand that this might be an inconvenience, but our goal is to ensure the longevity and quality of your furniture.

@@FurnitureAcademy I appreciate your honesty. That sounds fine actually, it makes sense and it's far better than any of the other stores warranties.
