In my status sa baba ng rate ng sahod.. npaka imposibleng mkpagretire ng 65. Kung patuloy yang inflation at pgtaas ng cost of living khit may ipon pa looks like work until you dedz nalng tlaga. Ang hirap eh.

Kung minimum wage ka lang, di impossible makabili ng bahay, but you to work 2-3 jobs, work to death, everything is so expensive that's what she said. Grabe ang pagtitipid, kumain ka na lang instead na 3 beses, 2 na lang.

Kalokohan yan. Lalong malaki ang babayaran mo sa 30 years. 30 years x 5%. Interest per year. Kwentahin nyo?

Ito ang problema. Dapat sana limitahan ang pag mamay ari nang bahay na ginagawang investment kada tao kasi ginagawang negosyo kaya nagkaka shortage.

Yes inflation is everywhere ... pero Ibang level ang inflation ng rich countries because they support war and climate change funding ... we in the south east asia still manage the inflation and enjoy life... We have work balance basta simple living ka Lang ....I am in Thailand and going around the south east asia lately, Foreigners are flocking here in south east asia ... You can see in the malls ,Asians are buying branded items like hermes, Gucci LV and many more ... you don’t see westerners buying either or in the 5 star hotels....makikita mo they are also on a budget travel...

Mahal ang isipin mo 1.95 per liter almost, much expensive than in the US. Plus insurance, maintenance ng sasakyan, tapos sweldo min wage lang, kailangan mo talagang kumayod ng 2-3 jobs
