Mama zaid, couple of questions- 1.)apart from salmon, which other oily,firm fish can we use? 2.) at what temp am I supposed to pre-heat the oven at if I wish to bake it instead of deep frying3.) can we use white rice powder instead of besan for outside coating? Looks del-ish but deep frying stuff with soo much oil is kinda unhealthy. Only minus..! Anyway, cool, looks tasty. Please also teach cheese stuffed kebabs if possible! Thanks. Xoxo.

I'm going to make this for my parents, love Salmon.Usually just put in oven,overed with spices but this look way better.You make cooking look so easy,I've tried following cooking books in past but been a disaster this is way better.
@@marvamellor5714 I always make in oven,don't find it to drying,always put lemon slices on top love that tangy taste.I usually try and avoid oil,but this looks so good,once a while won't hurt.
Love all the spice on the fish, but personally I wouldn’t use such an expensive fish like Salmon because I’d prefer to keep salmon simple so you can taste the fish. I would use any white fish like cod, haddock or plaice. I will definitely try this recipe inshallah 😋

@@marvamellor5714 plus I wrap in loose foil,keeps the steam in,and it cooks in the juices of spices.
