I remember a time that I went shopping bought loads of junk enough to fill 8 carrier bags, and catch a cab back home, and still have change out of £50, now can't even catch a cab for £50 if bus prices are anything to go by, as live less than 1 mile from my town, and caught the bus 1 way, and cost me £3, which is roughly $4.50.
as for the guy you think you short changed, it was extremely close, and hard to tell, looking at the money on the counter, then it would say yes @12:00, but then looking at the bonus points given, then it says no. so I think it was a very quick 5c before clicking space bar, as the 5 cents didn't appear on the counter.
Though you might nog agree at the moment with a new hire + new cashregister I did see a lot of NPC's complain that the lines were full. Do keep in mind that, with a new product license in the future, it brings another ten extra people to the store.
Currently, customers who complain about the lines being full don't have a negative effect on the gameplay. So at the end of the day, it doesn't have any effect on income, etc.

On the discord he did post on the 29th of april that he is working on the roadmap as posted when game started. He also is trying to get a team together to get updates and bugfixes resolved sooner. But to me a bit concerning is that nokta games website is offline.

Can you have 2 saved games and if so how?
I don't think you changed the price of shampoo. However it doesn't seems anybody complained about it so maybe the price change was minimal. It would be nice in a future update if you could change prices on the computer, that way it would be easier, or at least show a list of price changes instead of scrolling through the products.
