I’m glad we got the toned downed version as to not sidetrack from the meaningful romance plot. The improvised beach wedding just meant so much more. This one might have ended up like SCOY, which was okay, but the attempt to highlight everyone’s relationships sort of distracted many from the main story. This pilot, everyone’s also extremely Horn Na Noor and assertive, didn’t seem like Mon and Sam had much internal conflict to overcome. We got the perfect plot & ending with just enough of sexy sprinkled in, me thinks.

The other 2 side couple unfortunately did not renew their contract with IDF, that's why they were not in the final series. Originally, there were supposedly 3 couples together with SamMon.

Glad it wasn’t 2 more side couples. We needed a gl series that just focus on the main characters for once. All the other extra stuff would have taken away the main plots.
This trailer was spicy and totally different. The ending intro credit was hilarious. It reminded me of Michael Jackson’s black or white video 😂😂.

I’m glad we got the Gap Series we have now. Not saying if they went with this it wouldn’t have been popular, but what we have now is a better version. Just the right touch of innocence, discovery of self, comedy, fluff, romantic and hot all in one. Plus they slowed down the falling for one another. Which I love a slow burn. Just looking at the pilot one it would have been to fast 😅 Now the only thing I would trade with the pilot version is the pool scene 😅 that’s it.

When Kirk came in at the end, we both started dying at the same time! I hate you yo! 😂😂😂 But im glad we got the toned down version because this was a bit much!

Actually, they retain Yuki here but in the novel, Yuki was introduced in book 2 and Tee was head over hills for her. But unfortunately, before the wedding Tee ran away and Yuki didn't reconcile with her in the latter part of book 2.
The biggest rob of the Gap the series is their love scene on episode 8, it didn't make it to the cut.
They replace the original Khun Song and Nop, and that couple in the pool scene.
Since they ended it on MonSam wedding, might as well spoil some tea..
Sam will undergo a surgery for 2 times because of the tumor on her head, she'll have amnesia for quite some time but eventually she'll recovers from it.
Jim having a chaotic mood around her friends, telling Sam will also change just like her and scaring Tee on her wedding with Yuki.
Mon will play hard to get for Sam but it will be too far for her coz the latter would kick her out of the house,
Kirk was first the donor when Sam talks about having a baby with Mon but was changed into a foreigner, because of the criticism to the author.
Sam will have a new car, replacing Ms. Duanpen, a blue car named Seven Si Manee Ched Saeng.
Sam and Mon will have a baby through IVF, Mon's egg cell and a foreigner's sperm, Sam chooses to carry it because she didn't want Mon to be hurt. The funny thing is, when Sam's about to pop out, she take Jim with her instead of Mon to the delivery room and there she let out everything, leaving her friend a mess! 😂
Their baby's name is Belove, Sam is delighted of the little one even buying her stuff which Mon scolded her about.
One time when they have a contest where Belove will choose to run who she love the most, Sam lost because Mon clapped at Belove that made her run towards to her. Sam sulks about it, but then, Belove called her "Mae" (mother) and she's over the moon. Now, Mon is sulking because their daughter called Sam before her even though she's with her everyday since she was born.

Belove is such a weird nickname, I know Thais love their funny English words as nicknames but like Planoyyyy why? XD
IVF is so intimate, to carry not even my child but the love of my life's child...
@@maycherryblossoms Sam and Mon already had a name before, "Moonlit" but Sam chooses Belove coz she's born by her mother's love.
What a amazing book . I love it so much... Gap is the most amazing story...

You're laughter is contagious 😂and you're fun to watch niki😊makes me smile a lot😊😊😅I think when they show this pilot trailer the board of censorship rejected the series that's why they consulted a lot of people and academians before they proceed for for this was the first gl series being shown on air in Thai television that's why they have an uncut version in yt ...so they changed some characters and how Kru A build the momentum of Sam and Mon relationship was very captivating and beautifully done...the book is more bolder but it's good they changed how Sam and Mon would play it ,kudos to the production and to P saint how he protected Freen and Becky during their shooting of loved scenes that only the director and camera crew was there doing their job😊😊❤🥰

I say and think: if they offer you a job where you have to act alongside someone and they are going to pay you thousands of dollars for it, but you realize that this person is not your cup of tea... you don't like her, you're going to have to eat, sleep, bathe with this person, endure until the end but you are a good actor and as a professional you will do it. The end is coming and the logical thing is that it is the end of your relationship with her...
BUT to contradict those who say that it is not true, you continue to be more together and lovey-dovey every day. Nobody forces you to look at each other like that, it is impossible. No one can keep pretending like that.

I like the Sam we got, personally . We’re able to relate to her difficult upbringing more by showcasing her vulnerabilities and the fact that she’s a people pleaser. If they went with her being bold, Grandma’s character may be a lot less impactful.

I'm glad they changed the costumes and the make-up too. The make-up here is a bit much for their natural beauty.
Facts
Here are some fun facts 1. The mini teasers for the show had a (spicy) savage version, tear, and a cute version. In the cute version they showed something spicy and it caused some controversy so we never got to see it. Most of the clips from the mini teasers were added to the pilot first trailer pilot. With that’s being said I do think that they should have kept the original pool scene. 2. The other couple during the pool scene were supposed to be the married couple in the series and the one thats sitting on the kitchen counter is Oaey and she’s a friend of Engfa. She’s also the friend that Engfa said that she wouldn’t bring Char around because she likes to flirt. 3. The series was supposed to have 4 couples if you include Sams sister that died.

I'm glad we got more subtle version versus the more over the top. I'm hoping for a part 2 or continuation of the Gap series. Does FreenBecky have any new series in the works?

Actually there will be no Season 2 of GAP the series. They ended it like that to have a closed ending. And yeah they gonna work in other projects.

honestly, i only watched the series from your first episode reaction vid. i'm sure if you would have watched, i would have as well. that said, i'm glad we got the version we did. now would the spice and tingles had been amazing, yes, but the story would not have been the same i feel.

The first trailer is committed on the novel. I’m glad they made some changes which made it more lovable and success. KhunSam and Mon in the novel are chaotic. FB adapted the positive sides of the characters and made it their own. 🫶🏻
