1 tsp CITRIC ACID
200-250 ml WATER

This is a climbing tea rose. Any kind of domestic rose can be used for jam. But the main thing is that the rose is not treated with pesticides and other chemicals. Chemically treated roses should not be eaten!

Also it's always important to wash and check all the flowers. Personally - some of the Japanese roses types can give the best results, due to big petals and strong smell.
