Reasons to walk in nature bare foot
1. Feel every step and connect deeply
2. Relieve pain in your feet, back, hips and eventually all over your body
3. Improve your posture and vision
4. Feel the different ground temperatures and increase your enjoyment
5. Improve your mood!

Thanks for the amazing content. I’ve always wanted to live barefoot, but as a uni student living in a modern Asian city with people having little or no understanding of grounding, I feel extremely embarrassed whenever I take my shoes off anywhere except the beaches. I usually wear minimalist footwear to avoid stares, questions and cameras. At this point, I feel so helpless.
@CurtisYong So sorry about the situation; it is very hard going barefoot in an environment where it's very much a taboo. To increase your barefoot time outside of your home, you could take off your slippers during class, in the library etc. where it's normal to appear relaxed. I hope one day enough people will understand the benefits so that we can enjoy walking barefoot without the pressure. Thank you for stopping by and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing. All the best!
Interesting ground for barefooting😊
@T1horn Yes, it is! Different textures too
Beautiful soul👣🌍
Thanks 😊
❤👣🔥🥰
🙂🙂
pretty toes
thanks 😊
welcome
I like your channel...
Since 2000, I have been a barefooter except for going to the office...
I feel more comfortable barefoot, even on rough surface, pebbles, gravel etc..
There is a little pain, but it makes my soles strong...rough and little cracks, but I like it...
Now it must be uncomfortable for you to wear footwear, right ?
@christianoemmanuel7892 That's awesome how you've come to enjoy going barefoot. As far comfort with shoes, for me it was the other way around. I started going barefoot because shoes were uncomfortable, due to my very wide feet. I was always barefoot as a kid which allowed my feet to develop naturally. I enjoy the freedom of being barefoot a lot and all the other benefits 🙂
good evening ( for me ) .. it is not easy to reach the city from your farm! true?😊
@croquembouche It's not that hard
These rural roads typical of Africa gave me this impression... I’m sure for you walking a little is not a problem but I think of all those people here in Europe who use the car to make 1 km of road 😁
Long life again to your lifestyle 💪
I seem to have more people coming up to me since my barefoot lifestyle
So nice! I am glad to hear that
Gosh, you stepped on some pebbles ~ isn't that painful?
@merccadoosis8847 I felt it, but not all painful 🙂
Love my turtleneck and jeans to go with my barefeet
Cool day it was
So very pretty when wearing long jeans and walking barefoot, sweetie!
Thanks 😊
@@barefoothomestead it was a big pleasure my dear!
Couple of things….does the ground there ever get too hot for your feet.? And the soles of your feet look incredibly soft for being barefoot all day
@coylee2742 It's cool where we live so no the ground doesn't get too hot. The asphalt can get warm/hot, but not too hot. That's OK I guess that my sole looks soft despite being hard....looks can be deceptive.
That’s that the ground temperature doesn’t get to warm/hot. So the soles are hard….thats cool I’m sure it helps making walking around barefoot more comfortable @@barefoothomestead
How are you?
