8:22, I agree, either Crash Bandicoot or Dr. Robotnik; and there are a few things that are working in Robotnik’s favor:
1) Spirit does not deconfirm him (as that was shown to be broken with Min Min, Pyra and Mythra)
2) He is not shown in an assist trophy (similarly to how Ghirahim, Mother Brain, Nightmare Wizard, Andross, Black Knight, Dr. Wily, and the Pac Ghosts are assist trophies)
3) He is not a background hazard character (similarly to Metalface at Guar Plains)
4) He is not a plain background cameo character (like Gruntilda and Geese Howard)
5) He is not one of the bosses of SSBU (Like Dracula was in "World of Light" and the 1-P classic modes for Luigi, Pac-Man, Simon, Richter and Sephiroth)
6) His iconic theme nor boss music is found anywhere in the Sonic series soundtrack for the time being.
So with all that in mind, there is a strong chance that Robotnik could be the second Sonic rep, and also the 4th Sega rep.
If you're a hardcore Pac-Fan, trust me you will absolute love this!

I’ve gotta get this figure! pac-man is one of my favorite gaming franchises and he would look nice next to my Inky and Clyde bandai capchara figures i bought. And he’d be nice for the pac-man shelf.
Smash 4 was my favorite wait time for a game to be released. Not only were the trailers fun to watch over & over again. But you were also doing Yay Super Smash Bros theorizing about who could’ve been in the game, movesets & etc.

the boardgame is the perfect backdrop especially with all of them ghosts. And yes I have been there checking and on the lookout for a decent pac-man figure. gave up and checked again after 1 yr and saw this, bought it right away
