I have waited on phone three hours first day and it clicked off. Second day 4 and half hours. Today two and half hours to get help to login. I hung up. Doesn't except my email address I've had for decades. I'm 74 yrs old . U hear it once on local news in our county and then they don't answer or after two days waiting for them to pick up they say an sending u to intake . No one ever answers when they did after hours they say am sending u to intake. I said I thought u were intake they sent me to. Same thing happened during hurricane Ian couldn't log in and they moved on to a different county. Now it's elderly first then they move on to younger people. So that's over. They never say we will hold your place in line so you don't lose your place in line . Charlotte County never gets help . My insurance canceled on me same year Ian hit never offered to help me find Isurance. Said my roof is 18 yr old why they cancel I'm on social security couldn't afford it. Last year I paid $12,800 for a new roof which the roofers said I didn't need replace no wood. I chose that because couldn't afford insurance. They say don't take homes older than 1980. My is 1962 with masonry stucco on block frame. Very good stone. I lived here for 50 years and in 2004 was hit by hurricane Charley put new roof on. Never had problems on that roof flat roof. But it's new can't afford insurance. I was paying $800 insurance and $250 for flood. What I'm used to. Retired in 2016. Debbie Wiggins
