You should respec your non-entrapment spec for more dps. You have 2 points in Hunter vs wild instead of Point of no escape.

If you are asking about the hunter buttons in the middle of the screen, showing the important cooldowns, it is a weak aura called "Luxthos - Hunter - Cataclysm"
My other addons are "Bartender, Shadowed Unit Frames, Details, ThreatClassic2, SpellActivationOverlay" and a raid timers / warnings weak aura "Fojji"
