I will keep saying this until people listen. Why do you think the rest of the artists do not go broke? Because they got a good team around them and they listen to their judgement, on top of all of that they trust their judgement. By good team I mean Lawyer who is a music lawyer and that's their main focus. A manager who understands how the music industry works, a social media team. But remember the most important part if not for the artist then those people will not be employed, because each one of those individual teams will rely on the artist. But they all have to be on the same page or it will not work. There is no "I" in "TEAM" that's why the saying goes "TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK".

Upon my views to such incidences that happens to producers, artists, and others in different categories I think it's co of the bad out set and formation from the government on how entertainment industries should run. Look at some countries like Nigeria, there's support from the government to the entertainment industries but here we only have thieves in the government who careless when it comes to talents. I've been to different countries where you can not find a Uganda music played on any station whether TV or radios but come to Uganda, they leave local music and play or air other countries' music that's stupid and we call it un supporting what's yours, it's like Bebe cool to supports Museveni and leaves out his father obwo buba buwuta. We need to support our own than others then we shall not have such incidences.
