I had to come back and watch these. These cutscenes are especially enhanced by the newer graphics. In the original, I thought that Zanza looked weird, but here, he’s terrifying and still looks kinda cool.

I think that just happens because they are two separate cutscenes being viewed in the event recap which I believe the uploader is using. In the original, the only way to watch cutscenes was in a playthrough which connects the scenes and keeps the music playing throughout the loading screen and second scene. I can confirm the music still plays in a full playthrough. When it does play, the music feels actually off in the second scene now because of the faster load time changing the coordination between the music and scenes. Like it originally faded out as soon as Reyn said "go in peace" but now it just awkwardly keeps going as Dunban starts barking orders.
Yeah for some reason there are cutscene's in the Switch Version that don't have any music where the Wii Version had. This is something I noticed pretty fast given my knowledge of the original Wii Version a notable example is the scene in Tephra Cave where Shulk meets Alvis inside a dream. In the Wii Version "A Spiritual Place" plays during the scene but in the Switch Version no music plays at all. It was an odd decision to remove music from cutscenes since they were fine just the way they were.
It plays when you actually are going through the game normally (like the origianl), however in the cutscene viewer (at least in the current version) it just does not play. It has likely to do with how they implemented the theatre in the game (not sure if we may see a fix on that some day).

10:08 starts the best part of chapter, i love this moments when the hero dies, and someon goes through the final Boss trying to stop It with a motivational music
Dickson you bastard! You were like a father to Shulk! You watched that boy grow up, helped raise him! And after all you went through with him and the gang, what do you do?! You put a bullet in his heart to restore your ego-maniacal master?! I thought Mumkhar was a vile scumbag, but Dickson may have just topped everything he did throughout the whole story in a single scene.

Lady meyneth’s death was probably the saddest part of the game and Zanza was terrifying. Lady meyneth in her original form before coming a goddess probably just wanted to live her life as normal as possible. It’s zanza’s fault to why she died. U realize that an entire world was sacrificed for Zanza. And when they shown the power of a god, Meyneth does her job and accepts her fate. Zanza was literally presented the role of a god and he still had to bend the rules around. He literally kills meyneth and the shell that kept him alive. It’s rly sad when u think about it.
Slobertooth 13 well. If you recall in xenoblade two, the bodies of klaus and galea are linked to their xenoblade 1 counterparts. When you fight the giant Morytha monster which has Galea’s id, killing that monster results in why meyneth dies so easily by zanza in this fight. They even take place at the same percentage of story progress
@@whiteboyshuffle13 That monster wasn't Galea, the ID card was a reused asset and not meant to show any deep story meaning, other than those monsters were used to be humans from the original world who survived the Conduit being activated by Professor Klaus All of Galea's soul was in XC1's universe (as Meyneth) While Klaus has 50/50 of his soul between XC1/XC2's universes
Ridley I doubt it, they tend not to let major a major thing such as galea’s ID card being on the corpse of a transformed human who was in the same room as Klaus during the activation of the conduit. Hence why they zoom in on it
