Waldo's Gift - The Hut (MRC Session)

Waldo's Gift's delicate reinterpretation of 'The Hut', the thumping title track from their acclaimed 2020 EP, recorded on stage at The Gallimaufry in summer 2020, behind closed doors.
It follows on from the success of The Hut EP - the band's debut studio release and first after signing to Bristol based Black Acre Records. Widely praised nationally and further afield a hotly anticipated follow up is scheduled for release in Spring this year.
This stripped back session is part of the Morning Room Concert Series.
"We've been blessed to work with some of the city's wildest talent over a number of years, running a weekly residency with Waldo's Gift right up until the pandemic forced us to stop. The Morning Room Concert series is a way for us to maintain that creative connection. Offering the familiar site of the band on that stage, but this time intimate, almost vulnerable, in daylight."
