This looks like a viable alternative to the Rock N Roller R12 cart that I own. The Rock N Roller carts are ubiquitous, but mainly because they are affordable and somewhat durable. Their build quality is quite sloppy, and this is where Proaim can take the lead.
What I’d really to see Proaim do is offer a medium duty production cart like their Bowado series that weighs around 50-60 lbs. For people packing gear into a car or SUV, wrangling an 85+ pound cart can be unmanageable. Many of us don’t need to haul 440 ponds of gear, so a lighter, affordable cart would compete directly with the Rock N Roller market. Also, the additional shipping cost of the heavy carts adds to the initial price.

I need help please, I have extended this cart to its max length and I can’t get it to go back to its original length, I have pressed the silver button and unscrewed the locking nuts but the cart seems stuck at its longest length

There's a possibility that the locking push pin on your cart might be getting stuck at its extended length. If you remove the pin and the cart collapses and moves freely, then a replacement push pin would likely resolve the problem.
We've attached a reference video demonstrating removing the locking push pin.
